Opening/Closing of a Unit for Residents:

Turn on water
Turn on hot water heater
Set thermostat
Turn on ice make

Monthly Residence Check:

Unoccupied units checked by the Resident Manager or Maintenance Supervisor monthly, and after any severe storm

Check thermostat setting/unit cooling
Check for water leaks, including sprinkler heads
Check refrigerator / freezer
Flush all toilets
